Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Tom Worxs.

  • Tom Worxs provides painting and related services across residential and commercial properties in Sydney. All work is carried out with reasonable care and skill in accordance with agreed project scope.

    • All quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise

    • Pricing is based on the agreed scope of work

    • Any variations or additional work requested may incur additional charges

    • Booking dates are subject to availability

    • Tom Worxs reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, site conditions, or unforeseen circumstances

    • Payment terms will be outlined in the quote or invoice

    • A deposit may be required prior to commencement

    • Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed

    • Cancellations should be made with reasonable notice

    • Deposits may be non-refundable depending on project stage

  • Clients must ensure:

    • Access to the property is provided

    • Work areas are reasonably cleared

    • Utilities (water, electricity) are available where required

  • Tom Worxs aims to deliver high-quality finishes. Minor variations may occur due to:

    • Surface Condition

    • Sighting

    • Material Characteristics

  • Tom Worxs is not liable for:

    • pre-existing damage

    • structural issues

    • delays caused by external factors beyond control

  • Any workmanship concerns must be reported within a reasonable timeframe. We will assess and rectify issues where appropriate.
